Venue (Optional Ceremony Included) -Exclusive access from 10am-11pm/Midnight (depending on day of week)

Bartender Team –RAMP certified, carrying 1M liquor liability insurance policy – alcohol not included

Vendor Coordination & Event Hosts – Vendor consulting, booking & payment handling prior to event. Day-of Event Host staff

China, Flatware & Linens – Full dinner & dessert service china, flatware, & water goblets. Ivory table linens & napkins (+$8 per person)

Custom Catering Menu – Customizable menu, starting at $40 per person + gratuity

We know you don’t want something cookie cutter. We also get that trying to plan a wedding outside of the Schuylkill County area can be a major headache with all of the travel and transportation coordination.

You deserve that aesthetic you’ve been saving to your Pinterest boards without all of the hassle. That’s where we come in.

• Access to excellent catering vendors suitable for different budget and taste preferences 
• NO minimum guest count and no minimum per person spend (so you can avoid spending more than you need to)
• NO china requirements (so you can select what dinnerware YOU want to fit the vision you’re creating)
• Affordable, licensed bar tending options (this varies by your catering selection)

Our Bridal Suite includes:

• Ample seating and vanity
• Gorgeous floor length mirror perfect for snapping photos
• Neutral wall color that’s every photographer’s dream
• Direct access (that can be blocked off from view) to ladies’ restroom

We can absolutely host your wedding ceremony at Arrow Studio & Events. While many couples choose to have offsite ceremonies at sentimental locations (because we’re so conveniently located) we can help you coordinate a ceremony and flip the reception space during your cocktail hour.

With bright, neutral-colored walls, floor to ceiling arched windows, an airy exposed ceiling, original wood flooring and MUCH more you’ll have plenty of space to get “THE” photo.

Two Day Rental – A Great Idea If You Want MORE Time & Flexability

(& an onsite rehearsal)

At Arrow Studio & Events you have the option to add a second day rental onto your package from 3pm – 9pm the day PRIOR to your Friday or Saturday event permitting availability. This is a great idea if you want to decorate, rehearse and have your rehearsal dinner the night before.

 Thursday – Friday: $1,000 Thursday rental fee

Thursday 3pm – 9pm, Friday 10am – midnight

Saturday Two Day Rental Package

Friday – Saturday: $1,500 Friday rental fee

A Few Things To Know

• Arrow Studio & Events requires a $1M event insurance policy with Arrow Studio & Events LLC listed as the additional insured. The average cost for this is $175 and we can connect you directly with a reputable insurance provider
• Pennsylvania charges a 6% sales tax in addition to the rental 
• Pricing is subject to change at any time. You are locked into your package rate with Arrow Studio & Events upon the time of contract signing, not your tour. We understand that tours are sometimes held months in advance so please note that rates and availability are subject to change
• There are no hidden or additional fees associated with the rental of the space between the designated times listed. The only other service we offer in addition to providing a venue is linen rental and you are not obligated to go through Arrow Studio & Events.
